First, fill a basin halfway with room temperature water, add a small amount of edible salt and stir well. Then, place the chopsticks in the water. After 2-3 hours, remove the chopsticks and wipe them dry with a towel. Next, apply edible oil or olive oil to the entire surface of the chopsticks to nourish them. After 3-5 hours, rinse them with clean water and then sterilize them in a disinfection cabinet. This process will leave the chopsticks hygienic and shiny. It is not recommended to soak them in boiling water or boil them while soaking, as this will shorten the lifespan of wooden chopsticks.
